If you're regularly above 1,000 calls/month, Enterprise is cheaper than Pro + PAYG overage. As a rule of thumb: 1,000–2,000 calls/month = stay on Pro + PAYG; 2,000+ calls/month = talk to sales about Enterprise.
Yes. Every plan includes multiple team members on a single account — Starter supports up to 3 teammates, Pro supports up to 10, Enterprise is unlimited. Each teammate gets their own login and can receive WhatsApp summaries when calls come in. Configure permissions and notification routing from the Team page in your dashboard.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalty fees.
If PAYG is enabled, calls continue normally and you're billed ₦0.50/second. If PAYG is off, callers hear a polite "we're unavailable" message. Your phone numbers remain active and calls resume when your period resets or you upgrade.
No contracts. Cancel from your dashboard any time. Monthly plans auto-renew monthly. Yearly plans auto-renew annually.
No. The Free plan requires no payment details. You only add a payment method when you upgrade to a paid plan or enable PAYG.
The Free plan supports English only. All 4 languages (English, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba) plus bilingual code-switching are available from the Starter plan and above.
Maraba assigns dedicated virtual +234 numbers from our telephony providers (Africa's Talking and Twilio). Number porting is available on Enterprise plans — contact sales.
